Today, as we are thinking upon all of the things we are grateful for, I would like to take a quick moment to express my gratitude for Senator Clements, and to remind people that--of all of the elected public servants in our state--he is the only one who has shown the courage to call for a full forensic audit, not only in our own state, but in every state. Please send him a quick message and let him know that you are thankful for his courage to be our voice when so many others still remain silent.

If freedom is on your list of things you are grateful for this Thanksgiving, then please make a note to take the time--after the turkey and pie and the tryptophan-induced nap--to contact your senator and ask him or her to join Senator Clements in signing on to AZ Sen. Wendy Rogers' letter calling for an audit of all 50 states.

Here is the letter I am sending to Senator Slama, who is my senator. I will let you know if I get a reply. Thus far, my emails to her asking her to sign on to this letter have gone entirely unanswered. If you contact your senator and get a reply back, please feel free to report back here (in comments) as to whether or not your senator will heed this call. Feel free to use this letter to help you write your own, if you like.

Dear Senator Slama,
I am writing to ask that you add your name to this letter (see the link below) calling for a 50 state audit. Currently, Senator Clements is the only senator who has stepped up and answered this crucial call for action. You may email Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers at team@wendyrogers.org to be added to the letter.
At present, as you are well aware, a vast number of Nebraskans do not have confidence that the election process is a secure one. Your own opinion as to whether or not there has been any fraud in Nebraska matters not one whit. The people do not trust the election process. And so, as people who were elected and hired to be public servants, it falls upon you—regardless of any personal opinions you may hold on the matter—to assure the people of Nebraska that our votes still matter. Please ensure that Nebraska is represented in this call for a 50 state audit. It is not an overstatement to say that the future of our country depends upon assuring voters that our government is still one that is of, by and for the people.
Respectfully,
[Your name & address]
